New build thirteen storey residential development with ground floor level common areas, and a further twelve storeys housing 100 apartments. The building structure was formed utilising a single storey steelwork framed podium transfer deck structure with a precast concrete crosswall / floor unit system constructed off the first floor transfer deck. Robustness was achieved through the use of both horizontal and vertical peripheral / internal ties. A precast concrete shear wall system was utilised to provide lateral stability for the building whilst maintaining the build speed of the superstructure.
