New build six storey residential development involving basement construction and a transfer deck with timber framed construction above. A contiguous piled retaining wall was designed to support the surrounding adopted highway and existing services in the pavements around this island site. The transfer deck was formed in steel frame / concrete slab construction to support the line loads from the timber frame above.
