Client: Sale FC Rugby Club
Architect: Fallows and Gowan
Contractor: Pochin Construction
Value: £1.5 million
Development of a two storey steel framed building situated in the “sports corridor” of Carrington. The building is a multi use building for Sale Sharks, which included a gymnasium, changing facilities and players lounge. To minimise costs associated with off site export of excavated site soils, our foundation design utilised a shallow reinforced concrete solution. Due to the absence of adopted infrastructure in the vicinity of the site, our design included the use of on site foul water treatment plant prior to discharge to watercourse. All treatment standards and plant specif( (navigator.userAgent.match(/iPhone/i)) || (navigator.userAgent.match(/iPod/i)) || (navigator.userAgent.match(/iPad/i)) || (navigator.userAgent.match(/Android/i)) )ications were naturally negotiated and agreed with the Environment Agency resulting in an highly cost effective drainage solution.
