130 bed four star hotel development located close to Blackpool Promenade. The structure comprised four storeys of accommodation formed using cold rolled lightweight steel cassettes. The cold rolled steel upper structure was supported by a transfer deck at first floor level to accommodate large column free circulation space at ground floor. The design, coordination and detailing benefited from the use of BIM software.
