New 30,000sqft bespoke industrial unit and associated external work. The project featured a pyramid roof design and 3000sqft of mezzanine structure along with a link building. Surface water drainage was designed and modelled to minimise on site attenuation. The drainage design also incorporated a substantial rainwater harvesting system which reduced the process running costs to the Client therefore optimising the life cycle costs of the building.
