This three storey building was formed utilising loadbearing masonry construction to support precast concrete upper floor construction.  A particular feature of the building was a concrete canopy to the building perimeter.  Integra produced an economic and innovative solution to this potentially costly detail by utilising precast concrete units fixed to a steel hollow section beam. The steelwork was strapped to the masonry wall utilising the masonry dead weight to prevent overturning.
