This project involved the refurbishment of two existing barns into three luxury residences. Our work involved extensive negotiation with the Conservation Officer resulting in a commercially viable superstructure remedial solution. We also carried out detailed structural survey work and calculations in order to retain the existing walls to the barn. This commercial approach to retaining the structure naturally lead to substantial cost savings for the Client.
