< Project - Bespoke Homes

Client: Bilton Ward Devlopments
Architect: Ian Hayes and Partners
Contractor: Bilton Ward Devlopments
Value: £ 3.5 million

This project included the refurbishment of two 5000 square feet, 19th century agricultural barns together with a 2 storey oak framed farmhouse. This mixture of refurbmishment and new frame build resulted in a bespoke residence in excess of 14000 square feet.

Along with our structural services, our scope of works included the design of underground foul and surface water drainage incorporating a foul treatment plant. Our site investigation work confirmed that a SUDS drainage design could be implemented on the site and our sustainable surface water drainage design was accordingly approved by the Environment Agency.
